Everything to Everybody Partnership – Tom Epps, Library of Birmingham
Tom Epps is the Cultural Partnerships Manager at the Library of Birmingham. He works with a broad range of partners from individual artists and local heritage groups to major universities and national organisations. Current projects include From City of Empire to City of Diversity which uses Birmingham’s extensive photography collections to explore the city’s evolving relationship to Commonwealth countries and communities. Everything to Everybody, with the University of Birmingham and National Lottery Heritage Fund, is a four year project which seeks to modernise and revitalise Birmingham’s historic Shakespeare Memorial Library.
