Strategising Acquisitions for 2022 and beyond
Friday 5th March 2021, 11:00-12:30

One tumultuous year after the lockdown, four librarians share their reflections on what has happened, and thoughts on what comes next. Contributing short lightning talks will be:

Scott Pryor (Cardiff University)
Rachel Bramley (University of Sussex)
Rachel Schulkins (University of Liverpool)
Kevin O’Donovan (London School of Economics)

This is a closed webinar for NAG institutional members only, with a “Chatham House Rules” discussion afterwards.

The speakers will be covering topics such as:

– Resources to support remote learning and teaching
– Using data to inform strategic decisions
– Etextbook deals and models
– The future of print provision
– Peer to Peer resource sharing networks
– Controlled Digital Lending
– Reduced onsite Library services

The talks are intended as a primer for the discussion, so please bring your own ideas and thoughts to share with others in the sector.

Book your free ticket below; if you login to the NAG website first with your email address and password then the necessary fields will autofill for you in the checkout process.
