Our Speakers:
Tony Landolt Head of Academic Business Development, Research Solutions Tony Landolt brings nearly 40 years of expertise in the document delivery industry and currently leads Academic Business Development at Research Solutions/Reprints Desk. Before this role, he successfully owned and operated Pinpoint Documents, a multi-million-dollar document delivery company, for over seven years. An active member of the Special Libraries Association (SLA) for more than 25 years, Tony was honored as a "Fellow of the Special Libraries Association" in 2014. He has also chaired the Pharmaceutical & Health Technology Division and is a sought-after speaker, frequently presenting on topics such as vendor relations, copyright, bibliographic management, and the future of librarianship. In addition to his work with SLA, Tony remains active in other professional organizations, including, ALA, AALL, and SABR. Dr Rachel Schulkins Rachel is the Library Content Services Lead at the University of Liverpool, with over 17 years of Library experience, 10 of which working in the area of Research, Content and Discovery. She leads on strategy and service developments around content provision and has gained ample experience in managing high-level relationships with publishers and suppliers, collaborating with Library colleagues to inform resource and service planning, and leading projects that offer innovative and forward-looking services that continuously enhance the user-experience. Kath Halfpenny Kath is Subscriptions Manager at the University of Liverpool. Kath has worked in the academic library sector for over thirty years, working predominantly in content management roles. She has been in her current role at the University of Liverpool since 2017, and has responsibility for the acquisition and management of the University’s online, print and e-resource subscription collections. Helen Hall Helen is the Acquisitions and Inter-Library Loan Coordinator at the University of Liverpool. With over 30 years of experience working in the library, Helen has developed extensive expertise in resource acquisition and user-focused services. Since stepping into her current role in 2023, she has taken responsibility for managing inter-Library loan services and overseeing one-off purchases, ensuring efficient and seamless access to resources that meet the diverse needs of library users.   This webinar will be recorded and available for everyone on the NAG website after the session.  You do not need to book a ticket to gain access to the recording.
