Coffee and Chat #8 Dealing with Donations

Our eighth Coffee and a Chat event will be on Wednesday 16th July at 10:30am. This time we'll be focusing on dealing with donations - led by Katie Ponting (Manchester Libraries) and Colette Townend (Lambeth).

We've all been the recipients of unwanted donations; from the mouldy paperback to the desperately out of date computing textbook but how can you deal with them effectively without alienating your community?  What is the cost behind that "free" book?
