NAG are looking for commercial partners to sponsor our Public Library Grant 2026—a vital initiative supporting innovation and development in public libraries across the UK.
Since 2019, our Public Library Grant has enabled libraries to pilot creative projects with minimal bureaucracy. Past recipients include Leeds Libraries, whose 2025 “Walking Books” project was a standout example of community engagement. Further details of the award and previous winners can be found on the NAG website.
As a non-profit, NAG has kept membership fees low to support public libraries facing increasing budget pressures. However, rising costs mean we must seek external support to continue offering this grant at its current level.
