The NAG Executive Committee has taken the decision to revise membership prices. We have been able to keep prices the same for many years. However, over this time there have been increases to operating costs, from maintenance of the NAG website, venue hire prices for the annual Seminar and Forum, to incidental costs in keeping NAG running and able to deliver all our services to our members.
In light of this, we have taken the decision to raise prices in 2026, to enable us to continue to provide the same level of service. We are conscious, though, that other institutions are feeling the pinch, particularly our public library colleagues. Therefore, we have made a minimum price rise for Commercial Corporate and Non-profit Corporate members, with no increase to public libraries or individual memberships this year.
From 1st April 2026, Commercial Corporate will rise from £150 to £164 and Non-profit Corporate will rise from £125 to £135 (including VAT).
The NAG Exec Committee will continue to review prices annually, and make adjustments if necessary and with no other options.
You can beat the price rise by renewing early via the NAG website if you wish! Any remaining time on your existing membership will be added to the term so there is no loss to you.
