For 2017, in response to requests from publishers and suppliers, NAG has decided to make sponsorship opportunities available for our 7th Collection Development Seminar for Academic Libraries in Birmingham on 17th May 2017.  The Seminar is always popular so it is a great opportunity to reach a wide range of academic librarians who work with acquisitions in one place.  This year our theme is “Operational Excellence.”

The sponsorship options include:

  • Sponsorship of the catering (offering signage throughout the refreshment area with “Lunch kindly sponsored by X” and “Morning cakes kindly sponsored by X”  and Glisser slide on plenary projector screen with company logo.) – £900
  • Delegate pack sponsorship (Your logo/message on a printed adhesive label attached to the front of the clear delegate wallets) – £250 +VAT
  • Delegate pack insert (to be posted to NAG office in advance) – £75 +VAT
  • Branded merchandise on the delegate cabaret style tables (e.g. pencils/notebooks/sweets/USB sticks) (Must be delivered to venue direct at your own cost.) – £75 +VAT
  • Promotional lanyards for delegate badges – £125=VAT
  • Prize draw sponsorship (donation of two prizes for the draw to be held at start of afternoon session with full “prizes donated by X” acknowledgements. Must be delivered direct to venue at your own cost.)
