One of the benefits of NAG Membership is being able to exhibit at NAG events. We will be running our sixteenth Collection Development seminar on 20th and 21st May 2026 at the Albert Hall Conference Centre in Nottingham. The Collection Development seminars are aimed at acquisitions librarians from academic and special libraries, and are accompanied by a Public Libraries Forum with shared lunch and networking.
For the first time, the NAG Seminar will be a two day event in 2026! Could your company sponsor a drinks reception at the end of day one to provide a further networking opportunity amongst the exhibition stands? Or perhaps you would like to sponsor a ploughman’s buffet to keep delegates chatting at the venue for longer at the end of day one? Both of these sponsorship opportunities come with the chance to give a 15 minute lightning talk to all the delegates in the main plenary space and full acknowledgement of your support.
In addition to the two Gold exhibitor spaces and thirteen Silver exhibitor spaces, other sponsorship opportunities are also available such as two lightning talk slots, sponsoring the feedback forms or a delegate place. At NAG we recognise the importance of being able to speak directly to acquisitions librarians. We deliberately schedule an hour for lunch along with other refreshment breaks to ensure you get plenty of time to interact with our delegates. All of our refreshments are served within the exhibition space to encourage interaction.
As an exhibitor you have the opportunity to come in and hear our papers, giving you the chance to connect with the delegates about the content, or follow up with them about their questions to the speakers. You are also welcome to join in any workshop sessions if you wish – another opportunity to make new contacts amongst the people attending.
We expect a minimum of 100 attendees at our May event for academic libraries. We also expect around 35-40 delegates for our Public Library Forum event taking place on day one.
